Overnight oats with mixed berries and almonds





Ingredients:

·         1/2 cup rolled oats

·         1/2 cup milk of your choice

·         1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh)

·         1 tablespoon chopped almonds

·         1 teaspoon honey (optional)

·         1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

1.      In a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oats, milk, berries, almonds, 

         honey, and vanilla extract.

2.      Stir well to combine all of the ingredients.

3.      Cover the jar or container and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

     4.           In the morning, give the oats a quick stir and enjoy cold or heated up in the microwave.

     5.      You can also top the oats with additional almonds, berries, or a drizzle of honey before 
           serving, if desired.
